Welcome to Head & Heart Speech Therapy Inc.
My name is Candice Belshe, MS, CCC-SLP and my mission is to provide high-quality, personalized care to my clients. I work closely with families to create a plan that aligns with their goals and values. I believe compassion and connection are essential for fostering growth in a therapy setting.
I have extensive experience in the areas of autism, speech sound disorders, early intervention, and school-age literacy. I provide screenings, comprehensive evaluations, treatment, as well as parent training. My clients range from toddlers to young adults.
I work flexibly with families to tailor a treatment plan that works best for them. I am able to see clients in an office setting, in home, virtually, or in the community! My services are family centered, play based, and neurodiversity affirming.

Meet the Owner
I received a bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton, where I majored in communication disorders and minored in child development. I received a master’s degree from Washington State University in speech and hearing sciences.
After working at several reputable clinics in Orange County I decided to pursue a practice of my own in order to tailor my services and provide the best therapy for my clients. I am passionate about supporting and empowering others to improve their communication. The best part of this job is the continuous learning and growth that occurs- both in myself as a practitioner and in my clients!
In my personal life I enjoy reading, traveling, going to concerts and the theater, but most of all, spending time with my sweet and sassy three-year-old daughter!
